Small Caliber Ammunition
ATK is the nation’s largest supplier of small caliber 5.56mm, 7.62mm, and .50-caliber tactical and training ammunition. We operate the U.S. Army’s Lake City Ammunition Plant located in Independence, MO., where we produce 1.4 billion rounds of ammunition annually. This facility also manufactures metal links for belting ammunition ranging from 5.56mm to 40mm.

Medium Caliber Ammunition
Our complete family of 20mm, 25mm, and 30mm training and tactical ammunition meets the warfighter’s needs for outstanding reliability, accuracy, and lethality. New products include air-burst ammunition.

Large Caliber Ammunition
ATK manufactures a full spectrum of large caliber tank ammunition. Our 105mm ammunition is fully compatible with all NATO 105mm cannons, and our 120mm ammunition is fully compatible with 120mm smooth bore weapons on M1A1 and M1A2 Abrams Main Battle Tanks and Leopard 2 Main Battle Tanks.

Gun Systems
ATK is a leading producer of medium caliber gun systems for ground, sea, and air platforms. Our gun systems are used on the Bradley Fighting Vehicle, LAV-25 Light Armored Vehicle, Expeditionary Fighting Vehicle, and the AH-64A Apache helicopter.
